FAQs

How can I check on my pet during their stay?

We know when you are away from your dog your mind wonders and worries kick in. But worry not, we've got you covered!
On their first day we will send them home with a report on how they get on and we will always send you videos and photos of your dogs day so you can check in on them when you want to.

My pet has a special diet. Can their needs be accommodated?

Of course! Whether it is prescribed food or raw, if you provide us with the food and give us instructions then we will make sure your dog gets what they need when they need it!

What if my dog misbehaves?

It's ok, we understand that all dogs can have their little moments, we will go through any behaviour issues your dog may have in the telephone consultation and meet and great and come up with a plan from there. If you dog gets into some trouble whilst at Stanley's Day Care then we will send them home with an incident report and the next steps

How do i know my dog is safe?

All dogs will be given one of Stanley's Day Care dog tags whilst in our care. These will have our telephone number on in case they wonder a little too far! All the team at Stanley's Day care are fully insured, DBS checked and canine first aid trained.

Why does my pup need a Meet and Greet?

Everyone that joins us at Stanley's needs to come to a Meet and Greet before the fun begins. This includes Ad Hoc members, Regulars and those who will join us for boarding.

These are necessary to make sure that everyone can play safely.

This can be either accompanied by you, which is free of charge. Or a full day with pick-up and drop off which is discounted from our regular rate.

For the safety of a ll of our members, we ask that any male dogs over the age of 1 year are neutered. Please do get in touch if you'd like more information or to discuss this further.
